Managing Director and Principal
Ed is a US citizen and a former US Navy F/A-18 pilot and Safety Officer. During his US Navy service, Ed developed tactical training and targeting optimization techniques for the F/A-18 Light Attack Community based on lessons learned from Operation Desert Storm. Since then, Ed has spent more than 30 years as an aerospace and defense, investment, and legal professional, as well as an entrepreneur and investor. Ed has structured, financed, leased, and invested in and managed tens of billions of US dollars of aerospace and defense assets and technology in the US, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East; and he continues to practice law at the international law firm Smith Gambrell & Russel LLP. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.

Louis is a US citizen and retired Taiwan Air Force officer where he specialized in military operations management and efficiency. For the past decade, Louis has been an entrepreneur and consultant in the aerospace and defense sector where his focus is on operations and project management for civil and military aviation infrastructure projects. Louis has also overseen multi-system integration projects between and among US federal, US state, and US local governments, including the US Federal Aviation Administration, US Federal Bureau of Investigation, US Customs and Border Protection, Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and numerous international airlines. Louis is a certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives and earned an Emory University Business Professional designation. Louis is also involved in US state and national political activities where he has been elected as a Committee Member of a political party of the US State of Georgia and the Vice Chair of the US 7th Congressional District of the US State of Georgia. Louis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Taiwan Air Force Institute of Technology.

Mike is a US citizen and former US Navy F/A-18 pilot for 15 years, and he is currently a Test Pilot with 24 years of test pilot experience in the F/A-18 Hornet and F/A-18 Super Hornet. During his US Navy service, Mike was an advanced jet flight instructor, an F/A-18 operational squadron pilot, a graduate of US Naval Test Pilot School, a US Naval Test Pilot School Instructor, and an F/A-18 operational squadron Department Head. Over the last 20 years since leaving the US Navy, Mike has been an F/A-18 Hornet and F/A-18 Super Hornet Test Pilot for a major US defense contractor and has served as the President of The Society of Experimental Test Pilots. Mike is also an entrepreneur and consultant in various businesses and ventures in technical and non-technical fields. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master of Science degree from University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Joe is a US citizen. During his career of over thirty years, he has been involved in commercial banking, leasing, venture capital and private equity investing, as well as mergers and acquisitions. For over twenty years, Joe has been primarily focused on the helicopter industry, various end-use markets, including air medical transportation, law enforcement and utility/infrastructure applications, for a variety of civil and foreign military operators, involving both operations and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) support activities. Joe received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Haverford College and a Master in Business Administration degree from Temple University.
